Med kjørebok fra GSGroup vil du i Handyman-appen kunne vedlikeholde informasjonen på dine turer som formål og type kjøring, og samtidig benytte turen som grunnlag for fakturering i Handyman. Turer kan slås sammen, og eventuelle bompasseringer vil være vist og bli med på faktureringen hvis det er ønskelig.

Kjøreboken nås via hovedmenyen i Handyman Mobile

Liste med turer fra kjøreboken vises og man kan slå sammen turer eller velge å bruke tur for registrering på ordre.

Informasjon om turen kan edre. Kjøreboken oppdateres umiddelbart. Bompasseringer registreres automatisk.

Verdier fra kjøreboken er tilgjengelig for registrering på ordre.

Handyman vil også kunne beregne avstand fra kontoret til kundens andresse slik at du kan fakturere kjøring fra kontoret i henhold til avtale med kunde.

Med Flåtestyring fra GSGroup vil du i Handyman Office kunne se ordrer på kartet sammen med GPS-enhetene. Det gir et godt overblikk hvor enhetene befinner seg i forhold til ordren du har fokus på.

I ordremenyen kan du velge hvordan du vil se aktiv ordre i flåtestyringen

Du kan se hvem som er nærmest ordren slik at det er lett å bestemme hvem som skal tildeles et hasteoppdrag.

Man kan også se turene som deltagere på en order har kjørt i perioden ordren var aktiv.
